MEET THE FOUNDER
Martin R. Fox
Martin R. Fox, founding partner at MFox Law Group, Inc., brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
Martin's legal journey began at the University of La Verne College of Law, where he earned an American Jurisprudence Award for excellence while running his own business. During law school, he clerked for the City of Simi Valley Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable insights into complex case management, particularly through his involvement in inverse condemnation litigation.
In 1991, Martin established the Law Offices of Martin Fox, which later became Bleau Fox, eventually evolving into MFox Law Group, Inc. Over more than three decades, he has built a strong reputation for handling intricate, high-stakes cases across various legal disciplines. His expertise includes representing hundreds of petroleum franchisees, litigating wage and hour class actions for both plaintiffs and defense, addressing employee misclassification cases, and managing real estate and construction litigation.
In addition to being a licensed attorney with over 30 years of experience, Martin is also a licensed California General Contractor and holds a California real estate broker’s license. He has navigated complex business litigation, including breach of contract matters related to real estate transactions, purchase and sale agreements, leases, options to purchase, promissory notes, and rights of first refusal. Martin has overseen over $200 million in mergers and acquisitions.
